being at work on a sunday, listening to the Need, is actually pretty damn awesome. this has been a whole weekend of damn good music, beginning with Shahrzad's Smiths set kicking off Massive Music Weekend. then the roboto show friday, featuring Redshift (their "last" show) and Mary Celeste who was fucking amazing. with the latter also being the new Cutest Band Ever - Male Category, with 4 out of 4. last night were my Against Me! and Le Tigre MMW sets, for which i won Shahrzad's coveted "Best Editing Job" award (it's a sarcastic award). sweetness.
