lazy fridays

are back again. so i had this great bulleted list of productive things i was going to accomplish today. but instead just lazed around, drank soup, ate at Cappy's in Shadyside, and saw Akira downtown. it was pretty good. the best anime i've seen though that isnt saying much. during this gallivanting about town, Matt and i were both wearing bright yellow tshirts so it must have looked kinda ridiculous but the weather was really nice and warm so it's okay. unfortunately Shahrzad is sick though, which is really sucky. hopefully she didnt catch it from Matthew cause tomorrow's the big show at Roboto with the big return of Teddy Duchamp's Army which she has been super thrilled about since January or so. the Faint is also playing, though at Highlander. i wonder who's behind this recent spat of good bands (Les Savy Fav last week) playing in our ex-dining hall. i haven't decided which one i'm going to though. leaning a little towards the Faint cause they aren't around Pittsburgh very often you know, but i did tell both Shahrzad and my 212 group (yay group!) that i was going to the former. we'll see.. this ramble has been brought to you by the 1 am Friday nite Cyert cluster cool kids. someone here is yawning and rubbing his eyes though, so it's time to head home and go to bed.
