never was a backhead girl

just sitting here finishing off a quart of blue kool-aid. Shahrzie went home today, alas. i've already wanted to call her up and make plans for eating like we usually do. two whole weeks! this is gonna be weird. and i want to see Waking Life tomorrow night at CMA, but as i was getting ready to draft an email to get people together, i realized that she's the only girl i hang out with. hmm. which is weird, cause i've never been one of those only-have-guy-friends kind of girls. far from it, even. the only guy i was really good friends with in high school was Brandon, and he's working as an exotic dancer at a gay bar now.
